Ailey Information

The auditions for the 2011 Summer Intensive at Fordham University/Ailey School in New York City will be Saturday, September 18th at 10:00 am in Kansas City. The Ailey Dance program is affiliated with Fordham University. We are proud to have had students accepted to the Summer Intensive in the past.

For those who are attending the audition, we thought you would enjoy this photograph of the Ailey Facility in New York City! The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Center is one of the largest, if not the largest, dance centers in the world, and occupies nearly a whole city block. Classes Begin September 6th!

Our 2011-2012 season will begin on Tuesday, September 6th. We’re looking forward to a new year, meeting our new students and families, and seeing all of our returning students and families again!
